My Bucket List- FAQs

Friday, December 05, 2014

On Wednesday, I shared my 2015 Bucket List. Since then, I've gotten a few questions about how all of this was going to work, so I figure that this post is the perfect one to follow up with.

So- let's get started!

What made you decide to make a 2015 Bucket List? After I had created a life-time Bucket List, I thought about what I should do this year in particular. I mean, it's a pretty big year for me, already. I'll be celebrating my sixteenth birthday, starting my senior year of high-school, and probably begin the application process for college. But I wanted to make this year really fun and meaningful, too, so that's where my 101 Things in 2015 goal came from.

Are you planning to do all of this by yourself, or can other people help out? You can absolutely help me out! In fact, if you think you're the perfect person to do one of my goals with me, let me know! One of the things about this project that I'm most looking forward to is the sense of community. I tend to be a bit of a... loner, most of the time, and this entire project is about getting out of my comfort zone and doing things with people.

What did you mean when you said "Do something that completely terrifies you"? Honestly, I didn't have anything particular in mind. And to clarify- I definitely wasn't thinking about going skydiving. This is just to motivate me into doing something I've never done before. It doesn't have to be anything big or crazy (or involve planes), but when I have the opportunity to do something that completely terrifies me... I'm going to do it at least once.

So there you have it! Three of the most frequently asked questions about 101 Things in 2015! Have a question that wasn't answered here? Feel free to leave it in the comment section below, over at my Facebook page, or you can email it to me at anastasiarosewrites@gmail.com.

  1. What a great idea! This has been the first year EVER that I actually completed my New Year's resolution...so why not create a bucket list for 2015? Love your ideas too! If I share my list, I'll link back to you!
