This is Day 13 of a 31 Day writing challenge. To read more about my 31 Days series and to catch up on any posts you've missed, be sure to check out my post 31 Days of INSPIRE!
Ah, me. Still sick.
But oh well! Because I have something I want to share with you.
When I was a kid and our family would go over to my grandparent's house, one of my favorite things to do was have my Nona read to me.
My Nona had one of the best reading voices you'll ever hear- soft and soothing, but certainly not lacking personality. At her house, she had this wonderful little collection of books, and the one I always enjoyed the most was Oh, The Places You'll Go! by Dr. Seuss.

I loved the character and the colors. I loved the adventure and the kooky creatures you meet along the way. But most of all, I loved the story.
And I especially loved that most famous last line...
Back then, I just thought it was a fun way to end a story. Now it means so much more.
We are each meant to do something great for God. We each have a purpose in life. There will be "bang-ups and hang-ups" but we just have to keep running the race marked out for us.
God has big plans for us.
...
Question for everyone- are there any Children's books that you appreciate more as an adult than you did as a child?
